Who these terms apply to

They apply to people an agency invites to CreatorOffice: creators and members of the agency team. The customer of CreatorOffice is the agency (see the terms and conditions, German); use is free of charge for invited users. The provider is HeereHaase Partners FZCO, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, registered as a free zone company with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under licence number 35900, represented by its manager Yannik Heere.

Who is responsible for your data

The agency that invited you is responsible for the data you see and enter in the portal. CreatorOffice processes it on the agency’s behalf (data processing agreement, German). Questions about deals, invoices, contracts and payouts are for your agency; details are in the privacy notice (German).

Your account

The account belongs to you and is tied to your email address. Keep your password secret. If you work with several agencies, you use one account for all of them; each agency only sees its own work with you. When a collaboration ends, the agency withdraws access; you can keep downloading the invoices you submitted and the contracts you signed for as long as the agency retains them.

Invoices, self-billing and payouts

You are responsible for the details on your own invoices, even when the portal generates them from your information. If your agency issues invoices in your name (self-billing), this requires an agreement with you; you can object to each individual self-billed invoice in the portal as long as the payout has not been instructed. Payouts are made by your agency, not by CreatorOffice.

Contracts and signatures

You sign contracts in the portal or via a personal link. Your name, the time and a checksum of the document are stored as evidence. Whether a simple electronic signature is sufficient for a contract is decided by your agency; if in doubt, ask.

What is not allowed

You only use the portal for working with your agency, do not enter other people’s data without permission and do not try to access anyone else’s data.

Ending your use

You can have your account deleted at any time. Invoices and contracts that your agency must keep for legal reasons remain with the agency.

Liability and changes

For free use, the provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. The portal announces changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can have your account deleted before then. The law of the United Arab Emirates applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The German version of these terms is the binding one; this English version is provided for convenience.
