- Inquiries and offers (from the Team plan): track brand inquiries, suggest creators, send offers as PDF and turn the confirmation into a deal.
- Deals and campaigns: one-off, monthly, in instalments or commission-based. Several creators working for the same brand can be grouped into one campaign with a shared brief, budget and deadline.
- Contracts with e-signature: brand and creator sign in the browser, without an account, with an audit trail.
- Content approval: creators upload drafts on their phone, your team comments, and the brand approves via link (from the Team plan).
- Invoices and dunning: invoices from the deal, including XRechnung and the Swiss QR-bill, with tax cases for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and reminders prepared for you.
- Commissions and payouts: credit notes and, from the Team plan, payout runs as a SEPA file for your online banking, plus DATEV and BMD export for your accountant.

Is CreatorOffice available in English?
Yes. The interface, emails and documents are available in German and English. Data is stored in a data centre in the EU, every agency works in its own separate space, and you can export all your data yourself at any time.
What CreatorOffice does not do
- No influencer discovery. There is no database for finding new creators.
- No bookkeeping. CreatorOffice writes invoices, credit notes and reminders and exports for your accountant, but does not replace bookkeeping.
- No live data from TikTok, YouTube or Twitch. These platforms are not connected.
- No HR software. Employee reviews, training and recruiting are not part of it.
